MDF's dense, void-free core routs, profiles and lacquers cleanly, which is why it carries most CNC-shaped panelling, doors and mouldings. Melamine-faced board (MFC / MF-MDF) ships pre-finished from Ningfeng's own Hubei lamination plant in wood-grain and solid-colour decors, ready to install without on-site lacquering. OSB's visible oriented-strand face works as the design surface itself on feature walls and retail interiors, with a sanded F-OSB variant where a smoother, paintable face is needed on the same core.
Commercial and public-building interiors, retail, office and transport fit-out, specify Fire-Retardant MDF and particleboard to EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0. Every product in this range is available in formaldehyde class E1, E0, ENF (formaldehyde-free), CARB P2 and JIS F★★★★, in standard panel sizes 1220 × 2440 mm and 1220 × 2745 mm, with custom sizes to order.

MDF's smooth, dense core is specified for CNC-routed and profiled wall panelling, door components and mouldings, then lacquered or painted to finish. Through-coloured MDF carries pigment through the full panel thickness, so a routed or carved edge shows solid colour with no substrate line, useful for exposed-edge panelling details.
Melamine-faced board covers the same panelling and fit-out components pre-finished: send a decor paper specification, or match a partner decor already in use, and Ningfeng laminates it to order on either particleboard (MFC) or MDF (MF-MDF) substrate.
