Melamine-Faced
Ningfeng Group produces melamine-faced boards, MFC on particleboard and MF-MDF on MDF, at its own lamination plant in Hubei. This is Ningfeng's newest production line, built to face the company's own P2 and P3 particleboard and MDF substrates rather than buy in raw board from a third party. Panels are made to order against a customer's decor paper and volume, in the same sizes and formaldehyde classes as the raw board beneath: E1, E0, ENF, CARB P2 and JIS F★★★★.
The finish range is a growing wood-grain and solid-colour selection rather than a fixed, thousands-decor catalogue. Send a decor paper specification, or ask about matching a partner decor, and Ningfeng laminates it to order at volume.

Melamine facing laminated onto Ningfeng's own EN 312 P2 (furniture, dry) or P3 (moisture-resistant) particleboard substrate. The standard base for flat-pack furniture, cabinets and shelving that ship finish-ready.
Melamine facing on MDF substrate, for components where the denser fibre core gives a cleaner cut edge, such as cabinet doors and fronts.

Because it is new, the finish range is deliberately modest: a working set of wood-grain and solid-colour decors, not a legacy catalogue of thousands of options carried at stock.

MFC stands for melamine-faced chipboard, particleboard laminated with a melamine-impregnated decor paper under heat and pressure. Ningfeng produces it at its own lamination plant in Hubei, on its own P2 and P3 particleboard substrate.
The facing process is the same; the substrate differs. MFC laminates particleboard, MF-MDF laminates MDF. MF-MDF gives a cleaner cut edge, which is why it is common for cabinet doors and fronts.
